Saint Alphonsus Breaks Ground On New Hospital In Nampa On Friday, Saint Alphonsus Health System held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new hospital at the corner of Interstate 84 and Garrity Boulevard.The 240,000-square-foot hospital is expected to open in 2017, which will coincide with the celebration of 100 years of Catholic health care service in the city. Award Winning Photograph Tab Carman’s 3rd place entry for the 2015 Boise Eames Photo Contest hosted by Henriksen Butler. Each photographer was given an Eames Molded Fiberglass Chair to photograph in a setting they felt portrayed “Form & Function.” Photographed at Bruneau Dunes State Park, the tallest single-structured sand dune in North America. The winds blow from the southeast 28 percent of the time and from the northwest 32 percent of the time, keeping the dunes fairly stable; like that of the Eames Chair- unchanged over time.
