Russ joined LCA Architects in 1987 and has served as Project Architect/Manager on a multitude of Governmental and Justice related projects obtaining an in-depth experience in the design of police stations, county jails, prisons, courts and juvenile facilities. In 1999, Russ became a managing partner and head of the LCA Justice Group and continues to work on commissions from across the entire Northwest.
Russ has been involved with and designed several notable projects while at LCA, including the Idaho Maximum Security Institute, Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center, Deschutes County Justice Complex, Meridian Police Department, Nampa Public Safety Building, Battleground Police Station, Blaine County Public Safety Building, Deschutes County Juvenile and Cowlitz County Juvenile Facilities.
Prior to joining LCA, Russ worked for Architects Incorporated in Boise working on such projects as Hewlett Packard Buildings 3,5,6,7, Zilog and Exxon Buildings and the Park Center Health Club.
